Fans have been craving for an update regarding the newest installment of "A Series of Unfortunate Events". Sources revealed that the series would still revolve around the story of Klaus, Sunny, and Violet Baudelaire. With their parent's death in its previous season, the three children are left wondering what could happen to them without someone guarding them. Would Count Olaf still haunt them? What could the viewer witness in the show's upcoming installment?

According to Movie News Guide, there has been an ongoing rumor whether the hit series would have its Season 2 or not. However, fans are greatly hoping that the show would have a chance to be released on the small screen again.

It can be recalled that during its first season "A Series of Unfortunate Events" was already tagged as the most-watched title on Netflix, getting the top spot from "Luke Cage". Reports also added that the popular streaming service would try to wrap up the series after the release of its third season.

Hynes, the actress portraying the role of Klaus, admitted that the show's production of the second installment has not yet confirmed. However, she believes that the show should be featured on the small screen again as it promises great and unique storyline.

"I know there are ideas and emails being passed around but there hasn't been an official go ahead as far as I know. I am certainly hoping for more deceit... there are so many more books to explore it would be a shame not to!"

Viewers are also excited for Weisman's costume changes that would surely leave them awestruck. "A Series Of Unfortunate Events" Season 2 would have 10 episodes that would depend on the five books from the series. The show is expected to have its release on Jan. 2018 only on Netflix.
