‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Spoilers, Updates: Meredith Fights Back To Regain Position; Alex Returns To Gray Sloan

But some rumors suggest that her suspension may end in the upcoming episode. Will Bailey (Chandra Wilson) rescind Meredith's suspension paving the way for her return?

Bailey Will Try To Convince Meredith To Tow The Line

A teaser trailer of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode 14 shows Bailey visiting Meredith in her home. Apparently, she went there to discuss the career options of Meredith. It seems Bailey hopes to come to an agreement with Bailey that will allow the former to return as the hospital's chief surgeon.

But Meredith Will Fight Back

In their talk in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode 14, Meredith will emphasize that Bailey's move to replace Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) with Eliza (Marika Dominczyk) is wrong. But Bailey will not be willing to go with her friend's sentiment. Instead, she will underline the difference between being loyal and being stubborn.

Richard Will Pressure Bailey To Reinstate Meredith

Episode 14 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will also show Richard pressuring Bailey to bring Meredith back to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. He will also try to convince Meredith to fight back in order to regain her former position at the hospital. It remains unclear what Meredith will do given her situation.

Alex Will Find That Many Things Have Changed In The Hospital

Alex will be back at the hospital in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode 14 but will be confronted with the many changes that have occurred in his absence. He will be forced to adjust to these many changes. Meanwhile, the duo of Eliza and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) will begin to bond with each other. However, Arizona will be cautious with this new friendship. The upcoming episode will air on Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
