The Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 has received a new ParanoidAndroid ROM update to Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The Jelly Bean update brings several bug fixes and changes to the OS, including the ability to change the layout, size and color of apps on an individual basis.
The guide that follows will explain how to install Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on the Samsung Galaxy S2 using the ParanoidAndroid 3.5 ROM.

Preparations:
Before you begin, make sure you're using the international variant of the Samsung Galaxy S2 with a model number I9100. You can look up your model number in Settings > About Phone. Your phone must be factory unlocked AND rooted with CWM recovery.
Next, back up your Samsung Galaxy S2 and charge it to at least 80 percent and enable USB debugging mode .
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Install Guide For Samsung Galaxy S2 via ParanoidAndroid 3.5:
Step 1) Download the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Jelly Bean ParanoidAndroid 3.5 ROM.
Step 2) Download the Google Apps package.
Step 3) Connect your Samsung Galaxy S2 to your computer using the USB cable. Copy the ROM and Google Apps files to the root folder on your phone's SD card.
Step 4) Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S2 and enter download mode. To do this, hold down the Volume Up and Home buttons simultaneously and tap the Power button until you see a green robot with a triangle appear.
Step 5) Navigate to the SD card and install the ROM file. Once complete, install Google Apps.
Step 6) Once the Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 update is installed, select Reboot System Now. Once your Samsung Galaxy S2 reboots, your update is complete.
