It seems Ark: Survival Evolved developer Studio Wildcard has been on the roll lately. Updates were released, introducing a good number of features and whatnots. And indeed, this is happening again. The video game company released an update, which brought a new set of TEK structures. Not just that -- new dinos have also arrived.
According to VG247, new set of technology and beasts have been made available to Ark: Survival Evolved. TEK Equipment, in particular, receive new building structures such as the TEK Forcefield. The latter, in one way or another, are said to be "dynamically expanded or contracted." Add to this the fact that some in-game autodoors can now be customized according to players' preference.
It holds true that in most Ark: Survival Evolved update, the structures have been among the greatest addition. After all, it somehow affects the experience players have when they play the game. But hey, one can't deny the fact that Dinos - especially the brand new ones -- are just the best.
The new creatures Ark: Survival Evolved developer Studio Wildcard brought are Electrophorus, Microraptor, Ammonitina and Thylacoleo. Each of these dinos have been given an official description by the video game company. This allows the players to better understand what these dinos are and how they basically work in the wild.
For instance, in Ark: Survival Evolved, Electrophorus falls under the category of Knifefish. It utilizes an electrical charge so as to zap its prey. It's fond of smaller eels and/or fish. Microraptor, on the other hand, resembles a bird of sort that has a reptilian face. Apparently, this creature is deemed to be a vicious predator - something that's quite aggressive in nature.
Next is no other than the Ammonitina, which is among the unique creatures in the sea in Ark: Survival Evolved. Although it resembles a nautilus or something, it's still a bit bigger in general. Thylacoleo, which is also known as a marsupial lion, is considered as a very powerful predator. It's habitat orbits within the island's redwood forests.
In related Ark: Survival Evolved news, Studio Wildcard is introducing a program to the community. This basically involves those who love to mod. In its most organic form, as reported by PCGamesN, the studio will be paying modders of up to $4,000 just to build mods. While the latter, in one way or another, will stay for free.
