Here's How To Build An Airship In Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

Fans can build a makeshift airboat in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to sail the open air. Similarly, fans can even use this method to reach Ganon.<

Gather The Materials To Create An Airship

According to Kotaku, the latest Zelda installment now gives fans the chance to travel in the air aside from using the paraglider. Unlike other franchises, it is worth noting that this method will not kill Link as he lands. However, fans will have to build their own aircraft, as the game will not provide it to the players.

Luckily enough, the materials are easy to obtain, as fans only need Octo Balloons and a sailboat. Fans can find the former item by slaying Octoroks that can be found almost everywhere. Even so, fans will have to farm a lot for their airship to fly. On the other hand, sailboats are usually found at the edge of large bodies of water.

Reaching Ganon Using This Method In The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

Once fans have their materials, all they need to do is drop the Octo Balloons on the raft and watch the magic happen. Similarly, YouTuber BeardBear posted a video on how exactly everything comes together. Four balloons are actually enough to make the sailboat but they should be spread evenly on the raft unless players create an unbalanced vessel.

It is also worth noting that the balloons pop after a short amount of time so players should always be prepared to drop more. Similarly, players can control their flight by using the Korok Leaf to create gusts of wind. Once fans learn how to navigate through the skies, they can actually reach Ganon using this method by flying near the castle.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has received plenty of praise for its innovation apart from its other impressive gameplay mechanics and narrative. Fans can play the game on the Nintendo Switch or Wii U.
