2018 Jeep Wrangler: Redesigned Version As Emblematic As Porsche 911

The Jeep is one of the iconic vehicles to have come out. The Jeep Wrangler continues to embody the spirit of the original Jeep. With the 2018 Jeep Wrangler, it would be a redesign that would be its first in more than a decade. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler redesign would be worth waiting for.

The new Jeep Wrangler won't be shown just yet, though. FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne has said that it won't be coming out until Fall of this year. The launch won't likely happen until January 2018.

The latest Wrangler will fix problems seen in the current model, as Marchionne has said. Enthusiasts wouldn't want changes to be too drastic that it would take away the look which it has been known for. The grill with its seven slots will likely be kept as a reminder of its roots. The round headlights would likely stay as well.

Some changes that would possibly come would be its turn signals moving to the fender. Aerodynamics would also be considered with its windshield going back a bit. Minor alterations would also be made in the rear end of the Jeep Wrangler, according to Digital Trends.

For its rear, some aspects would be borrowed from the Jeep Renegade. That would include the X-pattern taillights, per Forbes. A permanent roof could also be made to replace the removable roof of the current model. Sections of the proof could be removed, though.

The interior will likely see the most changes. It is speculated that many aspects of the Jeep Renegade's interior will be seen on the Jeep Wrangler. Round air vents are to be expected. Jeep grill graphics such as those found on the Renegade might make it to the Wrangler.

The engine would likely be the same, though there would be some revisions made to the 3.6 V6 engine. There are rumors that a new engine might also be used. The new engine would have a turbocharger and would give as much as 300 hp.

The coming Jeep Wrangler would be a vehicle that people would be waiting for. News about it is still scarce, though there are rumors on what would be seen on it. The coming Mercedes Benz S-Class would also have a facelift, as an earlier report stated.
