The beleaguered Josh Gordon appears to be the favorite topic of NFL trade rumors going around social media lately. It seems the Seattle Seahawks are interested in signing up Gordon if the Cleveland Browns will let him go. There are rumors that the Browns are either trading or cutting the receiver.
Will Josh Gordon Suit Up With The Seahawks?
Some pundits believe that Gordon's asking price is now more affordable than before due to his drug suspensions. This would make a trade to another team more than likely. According to a number of NFL trade rumors; this may be the right time for NFL teams who want to upgrade their receiver rosters. In addition, it is believed that the NFL is nearing its deciding date on whether to reinstate Gordon or not. The deadline is either late April or early May.
If the Cleveland Brown decides to release Gordon, it will give him plenty of time to relocate to a new team. The Seattle Seahawks NFL trade rumors may also come to fruition within this time frame. Incidentally, Coach Pete Carroll of the Seahawks has also worked well with Gordon in the past, so there could be a likely trade in his direction.
Things Are Not Going Well For Tony Romo
Meanwhile, other NFL trade rumors suggest that things are not really going well for Tony Romo. A couple of weeks have gone by for the 2017 free agency and still, Dallas is not setting him free. And yet it appears that he won't be playing the Cowboys' next games. Some observers believe that he is almost being held hostage by Dallas.
There are also current NFL trade rumors that indicate the Denver Broncos are giving Romo less priority. However, the Broncos have also indicated that they are still interested if the price is right. Actually, an insider admitted that getting Romo has never been a priority for the Broncos in the first place.
