Xbox 720 Release Date: Where And When To Watch The Live Stream Online

After months and months of rumor mongering, Microsoft will put an end to at least some of the speculation when it officially unveils the Xbox 720 tomorrow, May 21.

Starting at 1 p.m. EDT, the Xbox 720 event will take place in Redmond, Washington at Microsoft's Xbox campus. Although many are excited to see what Microsoft has in store, it's unlikely that the company will reveal all the information we'll want to know about.

Still, there are bound to be some exciting announcements, especially considering we don't even know the Xbox 720's real name. Even though the big reveal party is invitation-only, Microsoft, along with other media outlets, will do their best to ensure the public has multiple options when it comes to viewing the event.

Microsoft will offer a live stream of the Xbox 720 event through its official Xbox.com website. Xbox 360 owners will also be able to watch the stream on their console via Xbox Live. Spike TV will also air the event on television, if you can find a set during air time.

If none of those options work for you, IGN will be featuring a live stream of the event as well, right over here. Computer and Videogames will have a stream running over here, and you can even watch it on VG24/7.

For some, though, watching a live stream simply won't be an option. If that's the case, you can tune into social media and find updates through Twitter. The official Xbox account is sure to post updates, while using the hashtag #XboxReveal or #Xbox will let you join the conversation and see what others are saying.

Assuming there are no technical issues, it should be pretty easy to tune into the event. Until then, though, you should brush up on all those rumors that have spread over the Internet over the last six months or so. Here's everything we think we know about Microsoft's new Xbox system.

Even if you manage to completely miss out on the event, fear not. We'll have a comprehensive report as soon as it's over.
