“Riverdale” Gets Another Corpse

The “Riverdale” television series has made its mark in entertainment history by recreating the characters from the popular Archie comics into a teenage drama cloaked with suspense and mystery. It managed to create a thriller centered on one character’s death, Jason Blossom, and until now his death remains a mystery. The series has kept viewers interested by investing in every character’s story, revealing them gradually while building up the plot.

However, executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa have revealed that there is truth to the rumor that “Riverdale” Season 1 will have another death. He explained that the rumored death is essential since it will help in setting up the next season's story. Lee Toland Krieger, who directed the pilot episode of the series, will also be directing the season finale.

The show runners said that the final episode of “Riverdale” Season 1 will apparently feature one of the show’s biggest set piece so far. Aguirre-Sacasa further teased that the season finale will be the ultimate episode. This is because it will be a combination of romance, suspense, and horror.

Blossom Twins’ Real Relationship Confirmed

Since “Riverdale” started, viewers and fans alike have always been curious about the true relationship between the Blossom twins, Cheryl and Jason. Though they may be siblings, Cheryl’s actions and even the story may be hinting that there may be something more to their filial relationship. Madelaine Petsch, who portrays the role of Cheryl, has revealed the real deal about the twins with ET for a brief interview.

Petsch addressed the theory on twincest, which is wordplay that refers to incest between twins, and she has finally confirmed that it does not apply to Jason and Cheryl. She shared that the “Riverdale” cast found the rumor hilarious but now that people are actually believing it, they have to somehow clarify it. She admitted it was a joke in the set that went too far and reiterated that Jason and Cheryl don't have an incestuous relationship at all.
