New alleged leaked images of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 have been making rounds on the internet. The snaps of the upcoming flagship phablet seem to channel the Galaxy S8.
The leaked photo of the Galaxy Note 8 that surfaced on Slashleaks shows a large phone running Bixby, which is Samsung's own virtual assistant. It looks similar to the recently just announced Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus smartphones, with a full-frontal screen and has no physical home button. Samsung's next-generation Galaxy Note 8 smartphone could be the best phone the company has ever built when it unveils later this year.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8: Possible Design, Specs, And Features
The device is expected to feature a massive 6.4-inch Super AMOLED with a near bezel-less look, thanks to Samsung's new "Infinity Display" technology. There is a rumor that the Note 8 will be able to utilize a 4K resolution. More so, it would also mean Samsung's Gear VR headset will likely perform and look better, especially if coupled with the rumored 4K display possibility. Also, Galaxy Note 8 will come powered by Snapdragon 835 and equipped with 6 GB of RAM. Interestingly, Galaxy Note 8 will come and feature dual-firing speakers, which could deliver true stereo sound that can also be found in Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
Furthermore, Samsung mobile chief DJ Koh confirmed earlier this year to "bring back a better, safer and very innovative Note 8." As for the release date, Samsung's new Galaxy Note 8 is not yet expected to unveil until sometime around late summer or early fall this year. It is noteworthy that Samsung's new battery safety check process could impact its release schedule.
