If there is one thing that players love the most about Pokémon GO, these are the events -- no doubt about it. In fact, this is among the main reasons why -- despite all the controversies -- the hit mobile app game continues to bathe in success. The newest one to be added to the list is the Easter Eggstravaganza, which, as the name suggests, focuses more on all things eggs.
According to Eurogamer, the Pokémon GO Eggstravaganza event was introduced a day before Good Friday last week. It is expected to last for at least a week since its arrival, with a promise of interesting stuff. Niantic, through it, introduced some changes or tweaks to the entire egg hatching process. And of course, the XP gains or boosts also happened.
It's unknown, however, as to which rare creatures are exactly part of the egg hatching boost in Pokémon GO. So, in one way or another, the thrill and excitement is still there. It's up to players to know exactly what these creatures are. Overall, the aforementioned event is perfect for walking, hatching and even spending those candies.
The Pokémon GO Eggstravaganza is expected to end come April 20, with April 13 being its launch day. In UK, it will hit the stop mark at 9 PM BST while Europe has until 10 PM CEST. For the players in the East Coast and West Coast of the United States, the times are at 4 PM EST and 1 PM EST, respectively. Judging by the looks of it, players still have a good window to take advantage of this event.
In related Pokémon GO news, Express reports that Niantic is planning for a huge launch of a certain update. It's deemed as the biggest content to ever arrive to the popular mobile game app. Currently, the studio is still working on it, with no exact release date yet. Nonetheless, it is expected to introduce a co-op gameplay event, which, as similar to the release date, remains scare in details.
