Seasons Finally Arrive In Gears Of War 4 Ranked Matches

The seasons in Gears of War 4 has begun in ranked matches. The Coalition aims to segregate and identify the best players with improved battles through the help of the seasons. The good news is, players who will participate will be rewarded.

No more Season 0 in Gears of War 4, as The Coalition has changed it to Season 1 instead. According to Geeky-Gadgets, the developer explained that each season in the game will last up to three months. It means more time for the players to get better ranks every time they engage in matches.

However, things will not be easy for them. They need to play in placement matches to identify what Tier they fit in. The Coalition wants to check if the players are getting better in Gears of War 4 and it is the reason why ranked matches have changed.

The Seasons will help The Coalition pair the players based on their skills. It is very important to be at their best before joining the ranked matches. Of course, they do not want to belong at the bottom, right? So they have to make sure they keep getting better and better every single fight.

Also, every after each Season, players will get exciting rewards. As per WWG, The Coalition said there will be three new weapon skin collections for top three ranks. It means that if they belong on the higher ranking, their skins will be better.

Nevertheless, they don't need to worry since The Coalition will pick the highest rank in the placement matches not the final ranks. Even if it is the deal, they need to fight to be better and to remain at their ranks. In addition, those players who will belong at the lower spot, will still receive corresponding skins.

It seems that The Coalition is challenging the players of Gears of War 4. The developer wants to see if they take the game seriously. Hopefully, they will continue to improve especially that it will be easy for their opponents to identify their ranks based on their weapon skins.
