Apple Vision Pro Sale Introduces New Shopping Experience for Customers

Apple Vision Pro is officially on sale over the weekend, with the company leveling up the shopping experience for its customers through a 20-minute demonstration and trying out sessions for each customer.

Before the mixed-reality headset arrived in the stores, Apple requested hundreds of its retail employees to train them how to sell the Vision Pro to the customers.

Apple Vision Pro Sales Pitch is Complex

Apple is known for being customer-centric, especially on its flagship devices. However, the process for the Vision Pro is nothing like purchasing an iPhone, Mac, or iPad.

For starters, the customers will start by scanning their faces either at the store or online. The scripted and curated demo will be presented to the group of customers. Once done, Apple staff will guide the customers for a fitting for the band, light seal, and prescription glass inserts; if applicable.

During the launch, Apple invited a couple of influencers to snap their experience. In addition, media and photographers from both the U.S. and Japan to conduct interviews with customers in line.

Each customer was brought into the shop one by one. They were also given two options which are either to buy the device immediately and skip the process or experience the 20-minute demo and learn all the ropes of the Vision Pro.

Apple Promotes Comfort for Vision Pro Customers

Apple's biggest locations are now designed with couches and carpeting to make the experience more luxurious and comfortable for the customers. Moreover, the staff are knowledgeable about the demo process and can provide quick answers to questions.

However, some customers who tried the Vision Pro in-store had the same concern about the leaking light under their nose bridge. Regardless, Apple has prepared 25 shapes and sizes for the light seals.

The Vision Pro is now available at $3,499 for 256GB of storage, $3,699 for 512GB, and $3,899 for 1TB of storage. The big packaging box comes already with the Solo Knit Band, Dual Loop Band, seal cushions, and USB-C charging cable.
