NBA Trade Rumors: How Much Will It Take For DeMarcus Cousins To Leave The Sacramento Kings For Another The Boston Celtics?

NBA trade rumormongers are still spouting a possible theory that Sacramento Kings player DeMarcus Cousins can be traded to the Boston Celtics under the right circumstances.

The Cousins trade rumor was apparently sparked by podcast interview where the Celtics Beat reporter Larry H. Russell interviewed Celtics director Danny Ainge regarding any possible entry of another basketball heavyweight to the team.

Ainge said that trade negotiation has been hampered by the Celtic's reluctance to trade their current young players. DeMarcus Cousins meanwhile, has two more years with the Kings before he becomes a free agent. There are speculations going around that a trade is possible if Cousins don't get along with team coach Dave Joerger and the King's performance suffer as a result.

Speculators have theorized that the Boston Celtics are in a position to offer the best trading terms for Cousins, according to Sportsrageous. Taking Ainge's comment into account, the Celtics can give to the Kings point guards Avery Bradley, Terry Rozier, swingman James Young and forward player Jonas Jerebko. Celtics will have to give up four of its current players for one DeMarcus Cousins.

The Boston team may also have to give up one of its Net's first draft pick for 2017. The hypothetical deal would a take a lot from the Boston Celtics but it will give the Sacramento Kings the needed resources to rebuild their roster.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics are rumored to choose between James Young and R.J Hunter as final member of its roster. Young joined the team two years ago however, critics said that management might be better off looking for a replacement.

Hunter was picked a year ago. He is a far better shooter than Young and good with distance shots which is what the Boston Celtics need in the 2016-2017 season.
