Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Update: Goku Black Super Saiyan Rose Confirmed, New Mode Mission Expert Revealed

Lots of interesting things are happening to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, as its release date nears. Previously, players learned that Goku Black will no longer be a pre-order exclusive. And now, it is confirmed to sport a Super Saiyan Rose transformation in the upcoming title. This is surely something that they should look forward to.

As previously reported here at iTech Post, Bandai opted to remove the pre-order exclusivity of Goku Black in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The move rooted from the desires of the fans who, in one way or another, hoped to get hold of the said character. Unfortunately though, there were speculations about him not getting a Super Saiyan Rose transformation.

Well, not exactly, as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is confirmed to introduce a Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black, as reported by Blasting News. It should be noted, however, that the character will arrive via DLC. So, contrary to popular belief, the titular villain from Dragon Ball Super will only feature a base form as soon as the game arrives. Nevertheless, it's still a big treat to have.

Fans of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 should also be excited, as Banda plans to unleash a new mode called Mission Expert. This is where a total of 6 players will be battling against a massive enemy. As of this writing, its other features and/or whatnots remain a mystery.

In related news, a new video of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has surfaced, giving fans a look-see at one of the most epic battles ever yet. It's basically a fight between Goku and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta. Obviously, one would think that the latter has the edge; however, it's an equal showcase of prowess.
