"Destiny: Rise of Iron" has finally revealed Lady Efrideet as the new vendor of the returning Iron Banner. With the comeback of Iron Banner, there is apparently no quest to find Lady Efrideet which might be disappointing for many. Thus, Efrideet will only instruct Guardians to level up.
In a 12-second cutscene, Lady Efrideet showed up to Lord Saladin at the Iron Temple and blurted out: "No statue for me, I see?" To which, Lord Saladin replied: "The statues are for the dead. And I always hope you were not among them." It can be noted that Efrideet, alongside Saladin, survived the war with SIVA centuries ago that killed the rest of the Iron Lords.
"Destiny: Rise Of Iron" -- Iron Banner Quest
In Felwinter Peak, Old Russia on planet Earth, go to the Iron Temple and report to Lord Saladin. He will brief Guardians with the return of the Iron Banner confirming Lady Efrideet as its new vendor. Near the area where an Iron Banner logo imprinted on a round tomb stands Lady Efrideet. Talk to her and follow her instructions.
"Destiny: Rise Of Iron" -- Iron Banner Bounties

"Destiny: Rise Of Iron" -- Iron Banner New Weapons, Armor
Efrideet offers new Iron Banner auto rifle and shotgun alongside old gauntlets and armor pieces. Each armor piece has two rolls available: Intellect/Strength and Intellect/Discipline. Although there is nothing fancy about the perk rolls on the new weapons, Iron Banner is still a great quest to earn more drops. Drops will be based on the Guardian's Light level. There is a 385 artifact in Iron Banner.
"Destiny: Rise Of Iron" -- Wins & Medallions
Every Iron Banner match win gets players 250 reputation. Losing gets players a Medallion of Iron. Up to five medallions can be carried at one time. After winning a match, medallions will be turned in for 150 more reputation.
