Here's How to Solve Verizon's iPhone 7 Connectivity Issues

Apple's flagship phones iPhone 7 and 7 plus were the talk of the town for several weeks and now, the excitement seems to be fading. After being the star of the news, problems are being discovered one by one.

Like the other carrier companies, Verizon is selling Apple's iPhone 7. Despite the number of users subscribed with the carrier's offers, many are experiencing connectivity problems especially with the internet connection.

In separate incidents, some iPhone 7 users have reported issues of dropped calls.

Verizon Addressed The Connectivity Issues

Verizon customers that purchased iPhone 7 are experiencing troubles regarding internet connection. Users have been complaining that their signals are LTE then all of a sudden it will switch to 3G and then sometimes, it will show "No Service."

Some users tried to turn on the Airplane Mode button and switch it off. Users are also elaborating that restarting their phones will bring back the LTE signal. Apple discussion board is flooded with complaints, in a report on Tech Times.

This is disappointing news for Apple because it will reflect the problems to its company. iPhone users have commented that when they were using iPhone 7's predecessor, they have not encountered such problems.

How To Solve The Connectivity Problems?

Apple and Verizon have not replied or commented on the said issues. According to Gizmodo, not only connection problems are experienced by the iPhone 7 users but also the Bluetooth connectivity.

Gizmodo investigated and found a solution with Verizon's LTE connection.The user has to turn off Voice over LTE by going to Settings.Then, click Cellular. After selecting Cellular, the user has to choose Cellular Data Options.The user has to Enable LTE before choosing Data Only.

According to BGR, this solution will only eliminate the bug and the only negative side of it is prohibiting the user to use his data while answering a phone call.
