The Halloween Terror event in Overwatch might have given fans a new thing to experience. With the new mode and skins, among others, things are starting to be a little bit more interesting than before. But of course, that doesn't stop the community from speculating the existence of Sombra -- the highly anticipated new hero. With all the hints and whatnots, could it be true that players are just less than two days from getting the most talked about character?
In the official Overwatch forums, most players suggest that Sombra could arrive in the next two days. And that she'll be unleashed as a surprise, something that Blizzard is quite good at. The rumor about the hero's release window rooted from a website called AMomentInCrime.com.
In the aforementioned site, the logo of the Overwatch hero can be seen on the top part of the page. Below it is a note that states the website tends to refresh itself every 30 seconds. That visitors need not to refresh it (hit the reload button) manually, as the page does it for them.
What's definitely interesting is the 97.6390 percent (at the time of this report) progress, which could refer to Sombra's arrival in Overwatch. Just underneath it, a box with the word "Completion" points to "100 % in 1 Days, 14 Hours, 12 minutes." The latter phrase is where the rumor came from.
To make things more interesting for Overwatch fans, a message of sort can be read at the mid part of the page. It says, "It seems that things are warming up a little... gotta go unnoticed while it completes." And as previously reported here at iTech Post, it seems to hit the suggested timeline for Sombra's release.
Obviously, the hype train for the said Overwatch hero is already there. It's safe to say that most fans are leaning towards her possible arrival. So, in a sense, it might be disappointing if it happens the other way around. And besides, until Blizzard confirms everything, only then can it be official.
