Destiny Rise of Iron Finally Reveals The Secret Of The Raisins

The wait and curiosity is at last over: Destiny has finally revealed what the tiny box of raisins is for. For those who have collected a lot of them, luck is on you as tons of surprises await you in this year's Festival of the Lost.

Destiny: Rise of Iron has started an annual tradition last year called the Festival of the Lost, which occurs every November in line with the Halloween festivities. During that time, players could collect several items as they complete quests. Most items were really helpful but there's one which has made a lot of players scratch their heads as to what their use is. The item in question is the tiny box of raisins.

Now called the Ascendant Raisins, these items can now be exchanged by players in exchange of skipping the first step of the quest. But what's more mouthwatering is the reward that players get for completing that tiny little quest: Destiny's brand new Superblack shader.

However, even if the case of the tiny box of raisins has been solved, Destiny is not letting its players off the hook because this year they have another mystery item: a bunch of celery. With this new item on hand, players might have to wait for another year until they find out what it is for. It is advisable, though, to collect a lot of it this year for you'll never know what secrets it has for everyone on the next festival.

The Festival of the Lost will run from Oct. 25 to Nov. 8 and will have more rewards this year which includes wearable masks, shaders and emblems, emotes, new Ghost shells, weapon ornaments, and a new Sparrow. Bungie also mentioned that it will include some items from the newly released Destiny expansion.

Aside from these items, Bungie also announced that this year's festival will have multiple quest lines, and an exclusive quest that is exclusive to the game's new social place called the Iron Temple. Just like last year, players will find the social places decorated with Halloween ornaments.
