Dishonored 2 is full of collectibles. There are Coins, Shrines, Blueprints and more that players can use to their advantage. Finding out their locations is nearly as fun as getting them, but it may sometimes be too tedious. Want a load off your shoulders? There are eight Runes, two Shrines, six Bone Charms, two Blueprints and four paintings that can be found in Dishonored 2 Edge of the World. There are also 3,394 Coins as well as two Safes so you better start exploring. For Chapter 1 A Long Day in Dunwall guide, click here.
Dishonored 2 Chapter 2: Edge Of The World Paintings, Shrines
We will start with finding the four paintings. "The Isometry of High Overseer Thaddeus Campbell" can be hard to find, so follow the steps carefully. At the start of the mission, look out for a photo of Delilah and a balcony underneath. Bring yourself up that balcony and locate the fan sticking out then jump to there. You should then be able to access the room with the painting.
"The Vice Overseer's Predicate Logic" painting is not actually in the Vice Overseer's office, but in the Overseer's. Look for the typewriter and you should find the painting next. There is also blueprint and a Safe here, which will be discussed below. "The Outsider in Conditional Dreams," on the other hand, can be found in an apartment near the Wall of Light. Head to the bedroom and look for the bathroom converted into a Shrine (you should also find two Runes here).
Lastly, "Hypatia's Projective Gaze" is in Hypatia's home. The key to the apartment can be found behind Winslow Locks on the backroom desk.
On to Shrines, you would have already found the second one when you get to the third painting. The first one is part of the main story so there's no chance you would miss it. We will now head over to finding the Runes.
Dishonored 2 Chapter 2: Edge Of The World Runes Location
There are eight Runes in Dishonored 2 Edge of the World, with the first one underwater. Look to the left of the Dreadful Whale and you should spot a glowing red object. Dive underwater and go inside the sunken boat where the first Rune lies.
The second Rune is inside a whale. During act 2, there should be a whale carcass just hanging around with a Rune in its mouth. Head over by following the blood. The third one, you will have to buy from a Black Market shop. Start your way by taking the stairs just to the left of the dead whale.
For the fourth one, you will have to explore the canal in front of the building with a "SEIZED!" sign. Next, look for the two Overseers preaching in front of a crowd. Behind them is a Rune and a Bonecharm.
The sixth one is in a safe in the Overseer's Office and will be tackled later. The seventh and eight one are in the makeshift Shrine in the apartment near the Wall of Light.
Dishonored 2 Chapter 2: Edge Of The World Bonecharms, Blueprints
First, let's get the blueprints out of the way. The first blueprint is of the Dispersed Incendiary Release. It can be found in a safe near the dead whale, but we will keep that for later. The second one is the Hardened Bolt, which can be found inside the Overseer's Office on the table.
Remember the apartment near the Wall of Light? There is also a Bonecharm there. More specifically, in the bedroom. The next one can only be found if you go through the Condemned Building. Use the first window to enter and make your way to the stairwell. You can find the second Bonecharm in a nest of Bloodflies. Be sure to be ready for these insects.
You will also encounter Bloodflies looking for the third Bonecharm. In Canal Square on your way to the Overseer Office, the Heart will note the object in the rooftop. Make your way up and look for the corpse with a swarm of those insects. Swat them away to get your Bonecharm.
The fourth Bonecharm can be found alongside the fifth Rune mentioned above, the one behind the preaching Overseers. The next one can be found as you enter the interrogation room. Lastly, the sixth one is in a Safe.
Dishonored 2 Chapter 2: Edge Of The World Safe Locations, Combinations
You will find two Safes in this chapter. One called Winslow Safe is in the same shop where you can get the key to Hypatia's apartment. The Safe itself is behind the staircase out the back. You can find it easily if you enter through the back alley. The combination, however, can be found out front in the cash register. You will get a bonecharm, a Gold Ingot, 2 Silver Ingots, a Pistol and some Pistol bullets.
The Overseer Office Safe is in the Vice Overseer's Office. You can find the combination written on a piece of paper on a desk in a different room. Look for the dark room near the Overseer's Office. It will give you a Rune, 3 Silver Ingots and a Raw Whalebone. More information on Safes can be found here.
