Dishonored 2 comes with an interesting storyline and two playable characters each with unique abilities. The sequel to the 2012's "Dishonored" is packed with hidden secrets and challenges that can be unveiled in three ways.
The first option is to go full combat and destroy everything inside. A player can also choose to use stealth and sneak a way out through the game or use a bit of both depending on the mission type and area. Here, we reveal the complete Walkthrough to "A Long Day In Dunwall."
Dishonored 2 "A Long Day In Dunwall" Walkthrough
In Mission 1 - A Long Day In Dunwall, the player begins as Emily Attano 15 years after the day her mother was murdered. Now with her father/protector Corvo Attano in tow, both try to keep the country together as someone plots their defeat.
Once you choose the best character to play, you'll find yourself in the Royal Quarters, weaponless and in need of an escape plan. To escape, open the windows and climb out the narrow balcony. Move to the next open window that leads to a room packed with assassinated guards with one kept alive.
Royal Chambers - Get The Keys To Get Through Emily's Room
Inside the royal chambers, speak to Captain Alexi who has your sword lying nearby. She'll mention a way through Emily's safe chamber. Take the sword, and also take note of someone named Meagan Foster. She will be waiting with a ship by the docks.
The safe room is in the corner of the room you are in but you will need a key to open it. Down the hall is the stairs that will lead you to the guard's station and a bathroom containing a few coins, bathing salts and an audio graph to listen to.
Assassinate the lone guard and pick up the Royal Quarters key from his pocket. Remember that bodies are best stashed out of sight to avoid causing alarm. As you head down, be on alert for another guard in the next room. Once you see Ramsey, pry and listen to what he says and then launch an attack on him.
Safe Room - Lock Ramsey Inside, Get What You Need And Exit The Tower
In order to do away with Ramsey, you need to get him to the safe room which he intends to inspect himself. After unlocking the safe room, grab your signet ring and use it to open the shelf leading to the safe room.
While in the safe room, check out the scattered books and notes including the pistol ammo in the electric cabinet. There will be a health potion and more bullets on the main table along with your kit. In the large safes, grab a single gold ingot can and head through the door where you picked up your kit to exit the tower.
Note: Check in the small living area with Emily's childhood drawings, you'll find a small scale replica of Samuel's boat from Dishonored 1. Grab it and add it your collection.
Get To The Docks - Descend Through The Guard Outpost Without Being Seen
Head to the end of the abandoned corridor and grab some coins on the table. Get to ground level and carefully use the vents to drop down the side of the roof. Continue right as the roofs get lower and lower until you reach a balcony above a small garden. Take down the guard below.
Above the opposite balcony, gaze down to find four guards that have been looking for you. Descend through the guard outpost via the hatch and pick up the bullets in the outpost without being seen.
Dunwall Streets - Get The Safe Combination
Slide across the path to the right side to get into the alleys. The path on the right also leads to barracks with a single guard. Take him down and grab the coin, a few notes, bullets, copper wire and a grenade in the cabinet.
Note: Check the right side of the room behind the guard and swipe the painting of Lady Boyle to get some extra cash.
The lab holds a locked safe on the other side. Open it with the combination 451. There you'll get silver ingots, including a pistol and ammo.
Leave the Building and carefully sneak up along the sides to patrol back the tower. Hug the left wall to avoid being seen.
Boyles Office - Take Down The Guard And Get The Unlock Safes
On the right side, there's a broken in building along the upper walkway. Get inside and go through the small alley with the map of the area where civilians stay. A lone guard will be patrolling near the backdoor entrance to Boyle's office. Take the entrance up the stairs and kill the guards.
In the murder room, check the small office near the backdoor to get to the unlocked safes holding items such as a pouch, tybian ore and coins. Head outside and proceed towards the back alley to bypass the main streets.
Take The Left Path Get To The Dunwall Courier
On the left side, there is a long alley that runs alongside the Courier. It leads to some dumpsters and a health elixir at the back. Take the door that will take you into the Courier building. Distract the guard before going upstairs.
Make sure to check a locker near his desk for a health potion. Use the top floor balcony to climb over the adjacent balcony and back down avoiding the main street.
The Docks - Get Into The Ship For Karnaca
There will be more guards patrolling and guarding the place. There are two paths to take in this stage. If you are on the same side as Boyle's office, use the canopies along the right to move over the street. If you are on the left side, enter the bar after the woman to be safe from detection. Then, you can take out the guards around the docks or swim under to get in the ship. Climb onto the ship and speak to the Captain to proceed through the next round.
