'The Fosters' Season 4, Episode 11 Spoilers; Jesus Seriously Injured, Callie Gets Into A Car Accident With Troy

Foster family will face crises as "The Fosters" season 4 returns after a long break. Episode 11 will witness the fallout of the events after the last episode. Jesus (Jake T. Austin) is in a critical condition while Callie (Maia Mitchell) will get into a car accident.

In "The Fosters" season 4, episode 10 titled "Collateral Damage" that aired last August, Jesus was knocked out after trying to protect Mariana from Nick. Meanwhile, Callie pursued Johnson's true killer and ended up in a car with the potential suspect, Troy.

The official synopsis for "The Fosters" season 4, episode 11 suggests Jesus will be rushed to the Emergency Room. However, his condition will get worse while on the way to the hospital and he would be in a life and death situation. This is Jesus' second head injury so there are bound to be some complications.

The two mothers are worried about Jesus' condition. "The Fosters" season 4, episode 11 preview shows Stef (Teri Polo) panicking and shouting his name while in the ambulance while, in the chapel, a teary Lena (Sherri Saum) whispers "Don't you dare take my son." Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will feel guilty that Jesus was hurt because of him.

On the other hand, Callie is in grave danger. The preview shows Mariana asking Mike (Danny Nucci) if Callie was with him the night before because Callie did not come home. His answer was not heard, but the worried look on everyone's faces gave it away. The scene cuts to Callie forcing Troy to stop the car just before they get into an accident.
