Jason Momoa Reveals Unseen 'Justice League' Footage Featuring Aquaman

As if fans aren’t hyped enough with all the DC movies Warner Bros. is throwing at them, actually lined up for the upcoming years, Jason Momoa fuels the fire when he revealed an unseen footage from the set of the upcoming “Justice League” movie.

Just recently, an episode of “Canvas of My Life” was aired online featuring the life of Jason Momoa and his family. The said production was directed by Brian Mendoza and co-produced by Jason Momoa himself. Narrating his past as well as showing glimpses of his life, Momoa revealed exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of “Justice League”. This has gotten fans excited as the trailer for the said film had hinted that Aquaman won't actually be in the movie that much to clobber enemies.

Three scenes were aired wherein the first one showed Momoa standing beside director Zack Snyder on the shore while the latter is clearly giving out instructions during filming. The last two scenes were of Momoa partially unclothed and filming in the cold waters as he emerges from the sea, heading towards the land. Aside from the surprise footage revealed in “Canvas of My Life”, Snyder also posted online a screencap from the movie showing Momoa in close-up and clad in winter clothes.

Jason Momoa will portray the character of DC superhero, Aquaman, who also goes by the name Arthur Curry. His role was introduced in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” when he made a cameo in the film. Other DC heroes such as Cyborg and The Flash were also introduced in the said movie during the scene where Wonder Woman, portrayed by Gal Gadot, was going through files that were collected by Superman’s archenemy, Lex Luther.

Momoa, along with Gadot, Ben Affleck, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Henry Cavill, and Ciaran Hinds will star in the upcoming Warner Bros. film, “Justice League”, which is set to release in the U.S. on Nov. 17 next year. Aside from that, the “Game of Thrones” actor will also star in another movie as he will reprise his role as Aquaman in the DC hero’s solo film, which is expected to release in 2018 along with“The Batman” movie starring Ben Affleck.
