The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Pokemon Sun & Moon Top List For 2016 Best RPG

The RPG game Pokemon Sun and Moon complete with DLC and events after the other have been noted as among the top picks for this year. It should be noted that this year marked new RPG that feature new and beautiful worlds like in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. Included among the top picks is the latest release in the Pokemon Franchise that reportedly started a new Global event once more.

First Half-Of-The-Year RPG Releases

The first top RPG noted this year was Grim Dawn that was launched late in February. Note that the RPG was reportedly has Titan Quest roots. The RPG players enter into a brink of extinction in the game along with a plethora of quests and unique items.

The next RPG release was noted as Bandai Namco's best selling game, Dark Souls III. Next was the expansion pack The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine which reportedly topped the other RPG for this year. The publisher CD Projekt also received praise for the DLC that reportedly knocked off most full-blown games.

The nostalgic game I am Setsuna was the first RPG launched in the second half of the year for PS Vita, PS4 and PC gamers. RPG players have been noted with loads of powers with Deus Ex: Mankind Divided launched for the new consoles PS4 and Xbox One. Persona V, Tyranny and Final Fantasy XV was also released this year.

All-New Fantasy RPG In The Works From The Creators Of Shin Megami Tensei And Persona

In other news, Atlus is said to be working on a new fantasy RPG. On that note, the developers have reportedly revealed the RPG Project Re Fantasy details in the pages of Famitsu this week. Furthermore, the Persona 5 director Katsura Hashino has reportedly launched the new internal studio--Studio Zero at Atlus.

The RPG art is said to be created by Shigenori Soejima while Shoji Meguro has been confirmed as Project Re Fantasy's composer. The developers reportedly aim to project a traditional fantasy game with a distinct Atlus flavor. The gaming platform for the RPG is yet to be determined by Atlus.
