Fallout Shelter update for the holidays was reportedly released in the previous week. It has been revealed that the new downloadable content equips players with new gear along with limited edition holiday items.
Rescue Santa! And Other New Limited Edition Quests Released
Contrary to last year's Fallout Shelter holiday update, the new update reportedly packs new limited edition quests. Note that Santa's Helpers and Rescue Santa have been included in the game as new quests for Fallout Shelter. Players are reportedly required to reach level 11 before taking on the new Fallout Shelter quests.
In addition, the Fallout Shelter update further packs legendary gear for both rookie and expert Fallout Shelter players. Note that new players may opt for the easy legendary gear to start with. In the meantime, more experienced players may also choose to collect the limited edition holiday items in Fallout Shelter.
Note that the Fallout Shelter holiday gear packs items like the Elf Suit and the original Santa Suit. The holiday update further packed changes in the Cafeteria and the living quarters with snowflakes, Santa hats and mistletoe everywhere. Note that the themes may not be craftable.
New Outfits In The Lunchboxes
In other news, the Fallout Shelter update reportedly packed festive wear in the lunchboxes as well. It is said that hats, red and green costumes, and accessories along with snowflakes and Christmas lights may be found in the pack. Note that lunchboxes may be obtained after completing quests and objectives or via rewards or in-game microtransactions.
Fallout Shelter holiday stickers have also been revealed by Bethesda a few days back. Note that the stickers may only be applicable with the iOS 10 update. Bethesda has reportedly been praised for sticking to their tradition of revamping the appearance of Fallout Shelter for special events including Thanksgiving and Halloween.
