Star Wars Battlefront 2 may let go of a staple of the Battlefield's multiplayer experience. In the meantime, the sequel is also said to focus more on a new mode introduced in the original game. Moreover, the developers of Star Wars Battlefront 2 reportedly reveals that a new mode for singletons may also be included.
New Maps, Modes, Heroes In Star Wars Battlefront 2
It is expected that the developers of the Star Wars Battlefront 2 title may add new heroes to the game despite the regent troubles on Rogue One: Scarif. While the DLC contained two new heroes and the new Infiltration mode, the DLC also reportedly included loads of bugs on all platforms. On the contrary, DICE is further expected to create a bigger and more polished game with Star Wars Battlefront 2.
It has further been revealed that Star Wars Battlefront 2 may launch without the Conquest mode. It should be noted that the Conquest mode has been noted as a staple in the multiplayer mode.
On that note, Associate Design Director Dennis Brännvall reportedly revealed that the Conquest mode may no longer go far into the other franchise. Apparently, the developers may have learned a thing or two from the original game. However, it is believed that the Operations mode may remain in the game.
EA, Dice Confirms Single Player Mode For Star Wars Battlefront 2
In other news, the developers have reportedly noted the overwhelming desire of Star Wars Battlefront 2 fans for a single player campaign. Previously, the developers have launched the Skirmish mode to allow players to enter a handful of game modes offline against AI bots. Apparently, a more extensive single player mode for Star Wars Battlefront 2 is reportedly in the works.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is also expected to arrive by Fall 2017. Moreover, it has been revealed that DICE has partnered with Motive studios on a single player content for the sequel.
