Dinos have always been a thing in Ark: Survival Evolved. These simply interest the players, most especially when a new one is coming. Fortunately, another one is scheduled to arrive. It's called the Equus Magnus. While it may sound a little interesting, it still has its own pros and cons to offer.
According to the official dossier in the game's official site, the aforementioned Dino is coming to Ark: Survival Evolved via the next update. (The latter, however, remains a mystery in terms of release date). This creature, albeit being easy to tame, isn't entirely reliable when it comes to combat.
The Equus Magnus in Ark: Survival Evolved can be likened to the species that existed in the archaic times. Particularly, this one is similar to creatures in North America during the span of the Ice Age. In order to sustain itself, it efficiently utilizes the so-called grazing. In terms of keeping itself safe from all sorts of predators, these creatures travel in great multitude. When it comes to having weapons for survival, both speed and stamina are their powers.
The forthcoming Ark: Survival Evolved Dino is reportedly a walk in the park in terms of taming and/or domestication. The post in the game's official site even stated that "horse and man" are considered long-time partners especially in survival; hence the easy relationship. The only catch, however, is the fact that it's pretty useless in combat. That's because this specie is only meant for travelling. So, in a sense, this Dino might entirely be the number one means of transportation in the game soon.
Based on its descriptions, new Ark: Survival Evolved Dino is able to carry lots of supplies. This is made possible through its bulky saddles, having enough room for items. The latter covers the likes of food, chemical stuff and other in-game items. Furthermore, the Equus Magnus is reportedly an aid in taming other Dinos in the game.
