The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack is bringing a lot of surprises for the fans. Apart from the vampires, there are new interactions, new items and even a new neighborhood. All the inclusions, which are detailed below, are definitely worth the $19.99 price tag.
Guess What? Vampires Have Come
Of course, we get the immortal beings in The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack. With them comes powers and weaknesses, which can help your undead Sims to rise up the ranks to become a Grand Master. For more information on powers, find out more here. They have five needs: Vampire Energy (which is also used up when using powers), Thirst, Hygiene, Fun and Social.
Vampires in The Sims 4 are more complicated than in other installments and they are more creative in feeding. If you don't want to be *that guy* in the neighborhood who only wants people for their necks, you can order Plasma Packs from the internet or make them out of fish and frogs (a must if you're a vampire vegetarian). You can also grow Plasma Fruits, which grows Plasma Fruit that you can eat.
New The Sims 4 CAS Options Will Keep You Longer
The vampires will also bring new clothes and the option to add a vampire into your family in the Create-a-Sim menu. With that said, you can also expect loads of new customizations like fangs, ears and hair. You can customize both their normal and dark forms here.
The dark form only appears when you do vampire stuff (like drinking the plasma out of a Sim). You don't need to worry when you're trying to form a relationship as you will mostly look normal. Just don't try to drink your date.
Forgotten Hollow Arrives In The Sims 4
The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack also brings a whole new neighborhood with new places to explore and new neighbors to befriend. It's not really sunshine-y at Forgotten Hollow with all the dark and Gothic houses and also because nights are longer here. You will surely meet the vampire at the mansion whom you can ask to turn you if you want to join their ranks.
You Now Have New Items To Buy In The Sims 4
Thinking of putting the perfect home for your vampire family? Don't worry as the Vampires Game Pack brings new furniture and décor as well as building materials. This includes the coffin where your vampire can sleep to regain Vampire Energy or where they can have some fun Woohooing with their partner.
There are also new plants and herbs. Those who don't want to bite their neighbors can settle for the Plasma Fruit. Garlic and wolfsbane also arrive, both of which are essential ingredients in concocting a potion that takes away Vampirism. Lastly, you can now plant Sixam Mosquito Trap seeds.
Other The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack Inclusions
Two new skills have also been added: Vampire Lore and Pipe Organ. A high Vampire Lore level allows Sims to make different potions. The Game Pack also adds three new aspirations especially for your vampire Sims.
One vampire power allows the Sim to transform into a bat - which can be used to Woohoo. Both participating Sims must be able to transform for this interaction to appear. Speaking of appearing, watch out for vampires visiting your lot at night!
