The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack comes with cool powers for the bloodsuckers. However, you will be forced to choose a weakness as you progress through the Power/Weakness tree. There really isn't one you can choose to your advantage, so you might want to review them all before you pick. Here's every vampire weakness and how it affects your Sim.

The Sims 4 Vampires Rank: Fledgling
Withered Stomach: Your vampire will probably vomit when eating a normal Sim food. It causes your Sim to be uncomfortable.
Guilty Drinker: This is exactly what it sounds like. Your Sim will feel guilty after drinking from another Sim without permission. If you don't want to drink from Sims anyway, you can choose this as a weakness.
Uncontrollable Hissing: Your vampire will randomly hiss, making the Sims around you uncomfortable. You wouldn't want this in a social interaction.

Sloppy Drinker: You basically have the table manners of a toddler, causing a good chunk of your food (Plasma) to go to waste. Your Thirst will not be 100 percent satisfied (up to 25 percent less).
Thin Skinned: It has three levels and the higher the level, the more susceptible you are to the harmful effects of the sun. It conflicts with the Sun Resistance Power, so if you already have that, you can't choose this.

Sleep of the Undead: This is a weakness I would recommend to all vampires. Vampires with this flaw can only sleep in coffins. What kind of vampires sleeps in normal beds anyway?
Fitful Sleep: You don't get as much power while sleeping, especially in level 2 (the max level of this weakness). It doesn't go hand in hand with Vampiric Slumber, which speeds up the rate of regaining energy.

Insatiable Thirst: Your Thirst bar will deplete twice as fast, which will prompt you to feed more regularly. It obviously won't be available if you choose the Tamed Thirst Power.
Day Phobia: Your Powers will be less effective when outside in the sun because you are weaker. It has three levels and level 3 increases the chances of you dying outside dramatically. Your spells will require 75 percent more energy, which will drain faster when exposed to the sun.

Eternal Sadness: Want a depressed vampire who randomly gets sad for no reason? Then this is the perfect weakness for you. Note that the effectivity of your powers and social interactions will decrease. It conflicts with the Dampened Emotions Power.
Undead Aura: This makes it harder for other Sims to like you so if you don't like them anyway, this one's for you. When attempting to start a relationship, you start with a negative, so you'll also have to work harder. It conflicts with Vampiric Charm, which causes you to be more lovable.
