Players now have more options to choose from when customizing their character in Rainbow Six Siege with these new cosmetic items. Watch Dogs 2 has teamed up with the first-person shooter to let players channel their inner hacker in the battlefield.
According to TheXboxHub, the first-person shooter is still getting plenty of support despite its Xbox counterpart dropping out of the eSports scene. This time, fans of the action-adventure game, Watch Dogs 2, will be pleased to hear that they are collaborating with Siege to bring over some cosmetic items. Fans can dress their character in new headgear, weapon skins and a lucky charm all referencing Ubisoft's hacking game.
However, keep in mind that all the new items will only be limited to Smoke. The said character will be getting a Smoke Wrench Headgear, which has the familiar X on the meshed eye of the gas mask helmet. There is also the Paralysis weapon skin for the FMG-9 submachine gun which gives it a striking new look. Finally, Smoke also gets a Thunder Ball charm, which has a DEDSEC logo sprawled in the middle.
Those who are interested can buy the bundle for £6.39 or roughly $7.99. Unfortunately, it is still unclear if Ubisoft plans to release more WD2 items for the other characters. For now, fans of Smoke can devastate the battlefield in Rainbow Six Siege with style in his new gear.
On the other hand, those who are still on the fence about picking up the first-person shooter should not hesitate, as the game is still active as per MMOExaminer. While the single player is still quite limited, the main meat of the game lies with its tactical multiplayer experience. Moreover, it also seems like the developers are still supporting the game as they continue to launch patches and additional content.
Rainbow Six Siege has a unique tactical element to it that keeps it fresh among its other competition. While the season pass may expand the experience, it is not a necessity, as players will enjoy the game even without it. Those who want to play the game can get a copy for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
