‘Halo Wars 2’ Gets Beefy Update; Sergeant Johnson Coming Back From The Dead

A beefy patch has recently been released for Halo Wars 2 by Microsoft. Along with the many fixes and improvements, Sergeant Johnson is coming back from the dead. Now, he is equipped with more powerful abilities and new units. Another significant feature in this latest update is HDR lighting support on Xbox One.

Halo Wars 2 beefy update also includes fixes for various crash scenarios and stability tweaks. Sergeant Johnson is returning from the dead with his "Green Machine" mech suit. This update on PC Windows 10 and Xbox One gives him a number of new abilities that will be very effective in fighting his enemies.

How Did Sergeant Johnson Come Back From The Dead?

Fans will recall that the tough sergeant died in the first Halo Wars video game. The game developer has somehow revived him and help the protagonist continue the fight. Details of how he came back to life are still being kept secret by Microsoft. But fans can expect that it will be tackled in the early part of the upcoming sequel.

What's important to note is that Microsoft has given Sergeant Johnson new mechs that will help him fight The Banished, Colossus, the Mantis, and other enemies more effectively. This current patch of Halo Wars 2 is a beefy one since it requires about 8 GB of disk space. It is already included with the Season Pass, but gamers can buy it separately for $5.99 on Windows 10 and Xbox One.

The Latest Update Comes With A Lot Of Fixes And Improvements

A number of game defense powerups are also added in the Halo Wars 2 latest patch. They include Bunker Drop and Siege Turret Drop. Several important bonuses that will help players when they are in a tight fit are also added. They include Mech Overcharge and EMP MAC Blast.

Halo Wars 2's beefy patch also includes various enhancements in its gameplay. For instance, an allied view indicator was added to the mini-map.
