Samsung initially launched the Galaxy S4 in White Frost and Black Mist colors, but now AT&T customers can also buy the handset in the new Red Aurora color option.
The Galaxy S4 is currently among the most-popular Android smartphones around, having sold over 10 million units just within a month of release. At the time of launch, Samsung also announced that the Galaxy S4 will be available in four new hues soon. "Samsung is planning to introduce more color variations to meet various consumer tastes and preferences. In addition to the currently available White Mist and Black Forest, new color iterations will be added this summer, including Blue Arctic and Red Aurora, followed by Purple Mirage and Brown Autumn," the company said.
Japanese carrier DoCoMo has received the Blue Artic color for the handset and now the red version of the handset has appeared online at AT&T, making it the first North American carrier to offer the Galaxy S4 in a new color option apart from the White Forst and Black Mist.
The Red Aurora color of the Galaxy S4 has a price tag of $199.99 on a two-year contract and for $639.99 (contract-free), which is the same as other colors options available on the carrier. Except for the color, the internals of the phone remains the same.
Now only two more color options - Purple Mirage and Brown Autumn - remain to be released..
