Sprint HTC One: Buy one get one free, also available in Glamor Red

Sprint has started a promotional offer for the HTC One, where you buy one handset and you get the second handset absolutely free (valid for all three colors).

The new HTC flagship is one of the most-popular Android smartphones around and to take advantage of its popularity, Sprint has started a promotional offer to attract more customers. The new deal kicks in from Friday, Aug. 16 and will run through Aug. 30. If you buy a HTC One from the carrier at full price then you will get another handset for free.

Sprint is selling the 32GB version of the HTC One at a price tag of $199.99 on a two-year contract. Until very recently, the carrier was selling the regular Glacier Silver and Stealth Black colors of the HTC One but now it has also started selling the Glamor Red version of the handset. If you take two handsets under the promotion offer you can also pick two different colors of your choice.

Launched in April this year, the HTC One packs in top-end hardware specifications and the handset is still one of the most-wanted smartphones around. Previously, the Taiwanese company launched the Glamor Red version of the handset only in the UK. The red avatar has now become available in the U.S. as well, but the color option is exclusive to Sprint. A new color and the 'buy one get one free' deal will definitely attract customers who are looking to buy a new high-end smartphone.

The carrier also announced that it has signed up for the NextRadio service and it will offer the app exclusively on the HTC One and HTC EVO 4G LTE handsets.

"Our customers already enjoy listening to a variety of music apps on their smartphones, but NextRadio makes it easier than ever to interact with the local radio stations they enjoy listening to in the car virtually anywhere," said Fared Adib, senior vice president-Product Development, Sprint. "Marking another innovation milestone for Sprint, our partners at NextRadio are transforming the FM radio listening experience by allowing users to interact with their favorite radio shows by calling or messaging directly from their smartphone."

Smartphone shoppers interested in Sprint's new promotional offer can now take advantage of the deal and get two HTC One handsets for the price of one from the carrier's website.

If you are looking to buy a new smartphone, will you be attracted to the HTC One buy one get one free offer from Sprint?
