‘The Flash’ Season 3 Episode 1 Spoilers: Where To Watch; Barry Loses All His Power And Gets Punished By Time Wraith?

"The Flash" season 3 spoilers are already hovering around the internet, and for fans who wants to get the gist of what will happen to the resident speedster, well it looks like Barry will be at his most vulnerable this third season.

Fans already know what happened during the season finale of the 2nd season of "The Flash." Barry Allen creates a bit of a time and space conundrum by going back in time and putting a stop to his mother's murder by Reverse Flash. That seems like a pretty good idea, but comic fans know not to mess with the time and space continuum, and it looks like our favorite speedy superhero is about to find that out the hard way in season 3.

Season 3 will kick off with an episode titled "Flashpoint," and while comic fans might salivate at the idea of the popular comic book reference, the "Flashpoint" episode would probably be much different in the TV universe.

Instead, fans will be treated to a dreamlike sequence where Barry is living out a life that part of him has always wanted. A life where he gets to be a normal human being with his parents while a superhero named Kid Flash is the one running around at blazing speeds saving the city until he is given a grim reminder that he cannot just change history in order to accept his destiny as the Flash.

He will get a visit from the Time Wraith, who will punish him if he chooses to stay in the Flashpoint. His memories will slowly corrode and his super powers will fade gradually if he does not accept his original fate. And this is where everything starts breaking down for Barry, as he needs to decide between a life of normalcy or a life where he can protect the people he loves.

"The Flash" Season 3 will premiere on Oct. 4 at CW. Fans can also watch the speedster do his thing via live stream on cwtw.com.
