Mortal Kombat X Characters Are Coming To Injustice 2?

Injustice 2 is among the highly anticipated titles of this year, and Mortal Kombat X fans are part of this hype. That's because some of the characters from the latter are believed to be arriving to the former. This is definitely one huge update that the community will be looking forward to.

TheTech52 notes that Mortal Kombat X developer NetherRealm is toying with the aforementioned possibility. In fact, it was the studio's very own Ed Boon who revealed some of the most interesting details about the game. This is no other than a content that will bring more characters.

The said characters that are coming to Injustice 2 are from Mortal Kombat X. It's worth noting that this has long been rumored within the community. Most fans of both titles have always played with the idea. After all, these franchises all hail from the same developer.

Sure, it holds true that Boon revealed the possible arrival of Mortal Kombat X characters. However, these specific characters remain unknown. The studio, as of this writing, has opted to unnamed them. Let alone reveal their true identities.

In related Mortal Kombat X news, fans are still hoping for the Kombat Pack 3 to arrive. Since last year, fans were speculating about this content's existence. Besides, Boon has been witty in teasing this content on social media (Twitter in particular).

As previously reported here at iTech Post, Boon asked the Mortal Kombat X fans about their thoughts on Microsoft's forthcoming console Xbox One S. Apparently, there were three options to choose: Yes, No and Kombat Pack 3 Dammit. Obviously, he's somehow giving hints to the community.

While Boon's way of giving hype is commendable, the content still remains unknown to Mortal Kombat X fans. It's still a mystery as to whether or not it'll arrive. If so, the release date is yet to be unveiled. NetherRealm studio definitely has a couple voids to fill up.
