Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Photos Leak Online, Release Date In May

The Samsung Galaxy S4 has been one of the most-anticipated smartphones of this year till now and it seems that Samsung is not stopping at the Galaxy S4. Various rumors of the upcoming Galaxy S4 Mini have emerged online and now a new batch of pictures have appeared online along with a speculation that the handset will debut on May 30.

Phone Arena reports "Legitimate photos of the upcoming smartphone have appeared numerous times on the web, and now we're giving you the latest batch showing the device in perfect clarity."

Phone Arena cites sources who leaked the Galaxy S4 Mini's pictures and says that the handset is reportedly about as fast and amazing as the Galaxy S4 including a great-looking display and an impressive camera. Phone Arena also points out that the Galaxy S4 Mini may sport a built-in IR blaster, which means that it will have remote control capabilities. If rumors are to be believed, then you can use your Galaxy S4 Mini as a remote control for your TV, set-top box or a home theater system.

The successor to the Galaxy S3 Mini is expected to sport a 4.3-inch qHD screen with 960 x 540 pixels resolution and 256 pixels per inch (ppi). The smartphone is speculated to have 8/16/32GB on-board storage versions with the option to expand using a microSD card. The handset is said to feature an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. The device will also pack in a 2-megapixel secondary camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung's Touch Wiz Nature UX user interface and a removable battery.

Samsung has not confirmed the Galaxy S4 Mini but with pictures leaking online so frequently it seems that the handset with soon make its appearance, probably on May 30.
