Apple's World Wide Developer Conference held last June was entitled "Hello, WWDC16." Interestingly, their upcoming October 27 event also has the word Hello in it, entitled "Hello again." Whether it's an indication of yet another Siri announcement or part 2, or the prior June even, the purpose of this upcoming October event is still unknown, but what we are sure of, though, is that this even will finally feature the up and coming new and improved Macs. Instead of San Francisco, where the company held many recent events, the upcoming event is going to take place at the Apple campus in Cupertino.
Tech week next week
Next week is going to be a busy tech week. Apple will be having its earnings report scheduled on Tuesday, then Microsoft will be holding a Windows 10 event in New York on Wednesday, where we may be see, firsthand, their first AIO PC, which is going to challenge the iMac, and then finally, Thursday, where we will be witnessing Apple CEO Tim cook taking to the stage yet again to finally introduce the refreshed MacBook Laptops, iMac, and more.
What to expect
What can we expect from the upcoming Apple event? Well, according to sources that dated way back in August, we could very well be expecting a 5K display as a replacement for their now obsolete Thunderbolt Display. The MacBook Air will also be getting a complete refresh, and we are most likely going to be witnessing a new and improved MacBook Pro
More things to look forward to
Apple will also be updating the iMac lines with the all-new iMac 2016. The latest iMac is also rumored to be the most powerful iMac to date, sporting amazing features like Intel's Kaby Lake for its chipset, and the latest Mac OS Sierra. With everyone all marking their calendars for the 27th, all the hype regarding the up and coming Apple gadgets are already loose. We will definitely be seeing an event that would potentially revolutionize some of the product lines of Apple. All remains to be see.
