Will The 'MacBook Air 2017' Be The Last One?

The much-awaited MacBook Air 2016 may not be the main attraction on Apple's upcoming October 27 event, but rumors and speculations about it do not seem to stop circulating. All its rumored features are not yet confirmed are still yet to be seen, but expert analysts and observers have already made up their mind about what the MacBook Air would finally look like.

Will Apple ditch the Mac Airs?

According to most Apple fans, both the MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 may be needing some upgrades before its impending releases, and although most people are looking forward to the release of the MacBook Pro 2016, some fans are also looking forward at a much improves MacBook Air as well. However, there were some reports pointing out towards Apple planning to dump the MacBook Air series and will be focusing more on the MacBook Pro 2016.

But despite this tragic rumor spreading like wildfire, it did not hinder nor hold back the growing rumors about the upcoming MacBook Air 2016. A lot believed that Apple is not going to pull the trigger and discontinue the Mac Airs, and the thing just got a bit more settled with the upcoming MacBook Air 2016.

Rumored Specs and features

Along with improved graphics and processors, analysts also believe that the MacBook Air 2016 will restore with USB Type-C, which is going to be the first reversible USB Port-one for tablets, smartphones, and PCs alike. And to make things more interesting, the MacBook Air 2016 is said to incorporate Siri and Touch ID fingerprint recognition. With all of these rumors slowly coming into reality, it is definitely going to kill the news about Apple killing the Mac Air product line.

Will this be the last?

But with all these upgrades suddenly incorporated towards the all-new MacBook Air, it makes people want to question, "Will it be the last of its kind?" Sure Apple may have cleared everything about it discontinuing the MacBook Air lines, but will actually be the last Air product before they will terminate it completely? Is this the reason why they made such significant upgrades with it? We don't actually know. Right now, we're happy that the MacBook Air is still here. All we need to do now is wait for further announcements from Apple.
