Have you ever wondered how the game looks like during its early development? Well, wonder no more as today, we will be showing you some exclusive footage during the alpha stages of Battlefield 1. You'll be surprise as to how hilarious things get when the world is full of bugs and glitches!

Early Development Stage of Battlefield 1

A trip to DICE's headquarters in Sweden will definitely net you exclusive treats from the studio and the developers themselves and Neebs Gaming has had an amazing opportunity just like that. Recently, the team was invited for an exclusive Battlefield 1 event which also gave them access to the 'behind-the-scenes' of the studio. And what they had discovered were astonishing clips during the early development of the game. Here's a summary of what they've discovered:

Rag Doll Flyaway

During the early development in the game, once you threw the grenade beneath your feet, the blast wouldn't just obliterate your body, you're also sent flying all the way across the maps - indefinitely. Sounds right?

Rag Doll Pistol Man

This hilarious bug would make the enemy character looks like a battered zombie, trying to shoot you with his FN M1903. The gun can be fatal if paired with a spooky locomotion that's for sure!

VFX Happy Accident

This clip shows surreal video effects glitch that can be really enthralling especially as it looks like your character is in Super Saiyan mode. You can check the entire clip visual effects in the video down below.

Shovel

Now this is interesting information that the team has discovered from DICE. During the early development of BF1, the studio intended to add a feature wherein you can reflect a grenade by simply smacking the incoming projectile with your shovel. This idea however, was scrapped because according to the developers, "it's not working as we want it to be." You can see the application of the idea in the video down below.
